Do you have hard times starting your fitness routine?

We advocate bodyweight instead of machines and equipment.

We use HIT and HIIT workouts that will

burn fat,

build, strengthen, tone and shape your muscles,

improve functionality of your whole body

in a short period of time

and in a safe manner.


It will be challenging


it will be fun.


You will see results!

And you will feel good.

Duration: 45 min



General instructions:


We practice barefoot/in socks. You may use specialized budo shoes (taekwondo and simmilar) - however they must be clean and must not leave any trace on the floor.


Bring your water.


Have a towel with you.


Do not eat at least 1-1.5 hour before workout.
