Nizza Yoga Khatupranam

High-Intensity Cardio Workout.

Cardio workout, conditioning, fat burning, weight loss, increase in muscular strength, functionality and definition - all in one.

The workout lasts for 45 min (60 in total) and is so intense that we recommend performing it no more than once per week.

Although Khatupranam sequence is suitable for beginners, some athletic or yoga experience is recommended for this workout.

All the asanas in the sequence and the sequence itself are studied in the Level 1 (beginners) of Nizza Yoga In Daily Life™.

Note: Knowledge of Khatupranam sequence (Yoga In Daily Life system / Nizza Yoga Level 1) is required.

Khatu Pranam - Greetings to Khatu

 

This exercise sequence is dedicated to Bhagwan Sri Deep Narayan Mahaprabhuji. Khatu is the place (on the edge of the Thar Desert in the west of Rajasthan, India), where this greatly revered Saint lived for 135 years.

 

This exercise, which harmonises body, mind and soul, is the outcome of research and experience extending over many years.

 

Khatu Pranam strengthens, stretches and relaxes the muscles of the whole body, promotes flexibility of the spine and regulates glandular activity. It fortifies the immune system, which in turn increases resistance to disease. The entire nervous system is balanced and strengthened.

 

Our Cardio Workout is performed according to the fundamental principles of HIT.

We start with Khatupranam sequence slowly (warming up) and gradually increase the pace in order to reach and maintain the up-tempo for more efficient fat burning. In order to reach the individual muscular failure we will perform isometrics.
